Commemorating the 20th Anniversary of September 11, 2001 Join the LeRoy W. Homer Jr. Foundation for our fundraising event on Saturday, August 28th, 2021 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the events of September 11, 2001 at FAME in Philadelphia, PA. This special event, Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future, will recognize LeRoy W. Homer Jr., the First Officer of Flight 93 and the legacy that has been formed in his memory through the LeRoy W. Homer Jr. Foundation. The foundation awards flight scholarships to young adults to obtain their private pilot license. Our evening will consist of food, cocktails, exciting and fun silent auction, meeting our scholarship recipients and much more while looking out onto the beautiful, Philadelphia city landscape. Join us in remembering and honoring those who were lost but also to reflect on how LeRoy’s memory has inspired a new generation of aviators.
