Need someone to come and scrape our dead topsoil and haul away. Lawn is dead and top layer easily scrapes away. I did what you see in the pictures in about 15 min. Would like to have about an inch taken away in preparation for a low maintenance yard to be installed. This can lead to future work if you have experience with installing low maintenance yards.
