Our delivery valets pick up bags of laundry from our customers, and deliver clean clothing from our warehouse to our customers' doors. About the Role... As a member of our Evening Operations team you will ensure that customer orders are accurate, up to Rinse quality standards, and delivered on time. This role has significant upside for exceptional performers who are motivated to learn quickly and want to work for a company committed to their professional development. In this role, you will... Join the team as one of our “air traffic controllers” for day-to-day operations. You’ll learn to create delivery routes, dispatch delivery drivers, and troubleshoot any delivery issues. Coordinate with Customer Care team and Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service. Identify and analyze operational challenges and come up with creative solutions to help streamline operations. Create and implement effective procedures that support Bay Area operational efforts. Run our mobile warehouse operations (we train you in operating our 16ft truck!). As the ideal candidate, you... Are able to be on your feet for a majority of your shift, lifting up to 50 pounds and keeping yourself in constant motion. Are physically able to work in a remote location and are comfortable working with equipment on or around trucks. Comfortable with driving trucks up to 16 ft in length. Training will be provided and no CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required. Understand how to use technology, including desktop and mobile tools for inventory and quality control. Have at least an Associate's Degree or 1-2 years of relevant operations leadership experience.
