If you love working with animals and want to work in the beautiful Alexander Valley, this is the position for you! We are seeking a Wine Farm Intern to work at our biodynamic and organic vineyard in Cloverdale, CA. The Wine Farm Intern will complete daily duties in the garden, farm and animal husbandry programs. The ideal candidate will have a farming background and the ability to complete assigned farm projects as directed. This position is full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, but seasonal only working from June 2021 - October 2021. Job requirements: Must be currently or recently enrolled (within last 2 years) in a credential education program. Animal husbandry experience preferred. Fluent in English, with basic Spanish preferred. Working knowledge of basic animal husbandry, livestock nutrition, animal behavior, soil and plant species preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's automobile insurance requirements. Must have valid documentation to meet US work requirements.
