Job Descriptions (Multiple positions available, scroll down to see more): 1. Concrete Construction Site Foreman/Crew Team Leader (looking to hire one person for this position) Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals Coordinate ordering of materials and plan work in advance to accommodate logistical needs of meeting project deadlines Manage and monitor installation crew(s) in all aspects of concrete work including dirt work, forms, rebar, place, and finish Adhere to relevant safety regulations Ensure others clean and prepare construction sites. Dig ditches or trenches by using hand and power tools and break up concrete Concrete forming Build and position forms for pouring concrete, and dismantle forms after use, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts. Rebar Installation Backfill excavations, and compact and level earth using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers and rakes. Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations in accordance with project plans and specifications. Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones when needed Other duties as assigned. Physical Demands: Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing. Heavy lifting and carrying of equipment and raw materials Prolonged standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Must be physically capable of concrete work (e.g., working foreman) Experience: 5+ years experience as concrete construction foreman or similar. Spanish speaking required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour 2. Concrete Construction Laborer: $16/hr (looking to fill multiple positions) Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing. Heavy lifting and carrying of equipment and raw materials. Prolonged standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Assisting skilled team members with whatever is needed for the project. Motivation to learn and grow within the company 3. Drill Rig Operators/Machine operators: $18-$25/hr depending on experience (in need of multiple hires for this position) In need of operators for portable rig drilling (this position offers an option for training) In need of excavator & skid steer operator Pay Rate depends on level of experience with machine operation. WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL POSITIONS Work outside and inside. Work around machinery with moving parts. Work around moving objects or vehicles. Exposure to dampness and humidity. Work on ladders and scaffolding. Exposure to slippery and uneven surfaces. Exposure to loud noise, dust, and/or fumes. A moderate noise level is typical for the work environment of this job.
