The History Happy Hour series mixes maritime history with everyday fun by giving guests an opportunity to grab a drink and check out our museum exhibits after hours, while also providing an exclusive experience to interact with history.
History Happy Hour: Sailor Stories is the first in what the museum hopes will be a series of events offering themed, after-hour access to the museum and it’s various exhibits. The event costs $25 for members or $30 for non-members and includes two drinks, light snacks and after-hour touring of the Col. James M. Schoonmaker Museum Ship with interactive storytelling.
Tickets are timed and we ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your chosen time.
The National Museum of the Great Lakes is located on the banks of the Maumee River in Toledo, Ohio. Our goal to to preserve and make known the history of the Great Lakes.
