We’re seeking two reliable, skilled maintenance crew members/handymen to keep our residential communities running smoothly. These part time positions offer flexible scheduling and involve a wide variety of responsibilities to ensure the upkeep of a small apartment complex. Duties will vary day to day, ranging from repairs, grounds keeping, cleaning, appliance installation and light renovation. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated with high integrity, solid technical abilities and the stamina necessary for physically demanding work. Positions are available in Carthage, MO and Lamar, MO.

Duties will vary day to day, and will include:
- Minor repair work, such as fixing broken locks, painting, or replacing flooring.
- Installation of appliances and equipment.
- Grounds keeping.
- Cleaning of vacant units and general facilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in a maintenance related field desired but not required. We will train the right individual!
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems helpful.
- Must be able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with hand and electrical tools.
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
- Commitment to safety and top quality work is essential.

Pay range: $16 to $17 per hour
