Press release from the City of Roanoke: Posted on: May 28, 2021 City offices will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2021 for the Memorial Day holiday. As a result, the following schedule will be in effect for collection of trash, bulk, brush and "B" week single-stream recycling during that week. Residential/Commercial: All residential/commercial solid waste collection (including, recycling, bulk and brush) will be delayed one day: Monday Routes – Trash, "B" week single-stream recycling, bulk and brush will be collected on Tuesday Tuesday Routes – Trash, "B" week single-stream recycling, bulk and brush will be collected on Wednesday Wednesday Routes – Trash, "B" week single-stream recycling, bulk and brush will be collected on Thursday Thursday Routes – Trash, "B" week single-stream recycling, bulk and brush will be collected on Friday For more information, call 853-2000, option 1. ### This press release was produced by the City of Roanoke.
