NASSAU COUNTY, NY — With the summer fast approaching, and more and more people getting vaccinated, Nassau County Executive Laura Curran announced the 2021 slate of free concerts, movies and events that are coming up this year. There will be dozens of concerts and events held at parks across the county this summer. "Nassau's robust vaccination program has been key to reopening our county and we are all looking forward to going back to the activities we enjoy," Curran said. "I am proud to announce that summer is back in Nassau starting with a full slate of events including concerts and movies for all ages to enjoy." Starting this month, the county will be holding dozens of concerts and movies for the whole family to enjoy. The main attraction is the Jovia Financial Credit Union Eisenhower Park Concert series, which kicks off on June 26. While all concerts are free, advanced tickets are required.
