A 3 day, 2 night DTS Express with YWAM Metro Detroit from Tuesday, August 10 to Thursday, August 12. YWAM Detroit is hosting 412 Students for our first ever discipleship training school! This 3 day, 2 night experience will feature teachings focused on the Father's heart for us as His children, what it means to worship Him, and the necessity of evangelism. There will be teachings, worship sessions, and evangelistic outreach opportunities, as well as time to connect with each other as a youth group family. Meals and housing provided by YWAM Metro Detroit comes with the registration fee. We will likely head out there Tuesday afternoon and return Thursday afternoon. I'm thinking it would be cool if we could carpool from Great Lakes Church together, but we'll vibe it out. We want to experience His presence together and go out and be the hands and feet of Jesus to connect our faith to where we live. What better way to do that than taking a few days in August to seek His face as a youth group family in the heart of Detroit? There is a limit of 11 students overall as YWAM has only that many beds with 6 beds in one room and 5 beds in another. So, that means either 5 girls and 6 boys or 6 girls and 5 boys. SIGN UP TODAY.
