Rallying fiscal support for FAMU Athletics in Ft. Lauderdale, FL Florida A&M Vice President/Director of Athletics, Kortne Gosha, Head Women's Track and Field/Cross Country Coach, Nadia Alexander-Pompey, and Head Football coach Willie Simmons will stop in Ft. Lauderdale as part of a nine-city tour reaching as far west as Texas for a series of donor events as part of the annual Strike Tour. The tour is powered by the Rattler Athletic Fund (RAF) in conjunction with the FAMU National Alumni Association. The Ft. Lauderdale stop, hosted by Lakitsia Gaines, will feature administration and coaches highlighting the vision for FAMU Athletics as it transitions into a new conference and soliciting financial support for deserving Rattler student-athletes.
