Full and Part time positions available for large apartment complex in Waukesha Area. Full time position include full benefits. Maintenance Full-Time Duties-include: vacancy preparation, common area repairs, occupied unit repairs, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, some outdoor landscaping and snow removal. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to be on call on a rotating basis. Janitorial Part-time Duties include: Vacuuming, dusting, floor washing, carpet shampooing, cleaning vacancies, garbage/recycling, some outdoor landscaping and snow removal.
