A Summer Rebirthing Breathwork Weekend with one cold water session in a private pool. The Philadelphia and New York Rebirthing Center are delighted to offer this upcoming Rebirthing Breathwork weekend facilitated by Tony Lo Mastro and Maureen Malone Lo Mastro. Utilizing your breath in the form of Conscious Connected Breathing (Rebirthing Breathwork) is a stimulating way to bring energy into the cells of the body and open your mind to new, inspirational ideas, and profound shifts in perception. When we use our breath in this way, we feel into deeper parts of ourselves, allowing what resides there to emerge from the unconscious to our conscious awareness. Through Rebirthing Breathwork old patterns can be revealed and dissolved to make room for new habits, relationships, and more goodness in our lives. Conscious Connected Breathing often leads to an altered state of consciousness which allows access to places that bypass your mind. It can be felt as a transcendent state where all possibilities reside. During this weekend you will have the opportunity to experience rebirthing breathwork both experientially and educationally. The Breathwork sessions and interactive processes (written, visual, & partnered exercises) will assist you in exploring your inner world, allowing release of imprints from the past and transforming limiting beliefs. On Sunday there will be a cold water rebirthing experience at a local private pool. Cold Water Rebirthing is accomplished by using the rebirthing breath (conscious connected breathing) in water that is cooler than body temperature..in this case...a pool. _____ Weekend Information: The weekend will include a group breathwork session on Friday evening, a paired breathwork session on Saturday, and a paired breathwork session in a pool on Sunday.
