Pay is $280 or best offer, so flexible on pay. I don't pay cash. I pay by electronic transfer with Venmo, which I can do with just your phone number or email address. It's very simple. All you must do is open an email and you get your money immediately. PayPal will work too, if you already use it. Bought a fixer-upper that's been vacant for awhile and the grass is 2 to 3 ft high. I need someone to mow it ASAP. My yard is on a fairly significant slope. I've included pictures. I don't care how you do it, but I would not recommend using a push mower. A riding mower would be easier on you. I don't care about trimming, except around the steps where I have to walk. Just mow it down and take it with you. So, you cannot mow it and leave it all behind. It needs to be GONE. Tomorrow or Friday would be great. Thanks! Kim
