Where’s the Meat? (You won’t miss it!) Plant-based Party Demonstration Class
Do you love pasta bolognese, tacos, or burgers? We do too, but the versions you will learn in this class are plant-forward, and oh-sooooo-good that you won’t miss the meat! While many people want to try eating less meat and more plant-based foods, they have been fearful of missing out on their favorites. Join Elizabeth Estes as she teaches manageable recipes for really great plant-based meals you can easily make at home, including entrées, appetizers, and some basics, like vegan mayo, vegan ricotta cheese, and more! The class also includes recommendations on favorite products and tips on the science of non-dairy cooking. These meals will be paired with some favorite spirits by sommelier Mindy Trafman, our director of spirits.
Our Cancellation Policy You may cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to class for a full refund. No refunds can be issued after the two-week window however you may transfer your ticket to another party at any time prior to class. The Culinary School at Isabel's and Sue Chef may cancel class at any time, for reasons unknown (such as weather, illness, mechanical issues, etc.) You will be personally notified via text or email and a full refund will be issued or class will be rescheduled at an agreed upon date.
