Sushi Rolling Hands-on Class
In this hands-on sushi-making class with Sue Chef, you will learn everything you need to know to make some of the most popular types of sushi rolls at home. You will begin this class by learning how to prepare kappa maki — a thin sushi roll with a single cucumber slice in the center — then, you'll handcraft California rolls with capelin roe (masago), and authentic Japanese salmon temaki cones. Sue Chef will also share tips and trade secrets for selecting the best ingredients, and choosing the freshest fish for homemade sushi.
Our Cancellation Policy You may cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to class for a full refund. No refunds can be issued after the two-week window however you may transfer your ticket to another party at any time prior to class. The Culinary School at Isabel's and Sue Chef may cancel class at any time, for reasons unknown (such as weather, illness, mechanical issues, etc.) You will be personally notified via text or email and a full refund will be issued or class will be rescheduled at an agreed upon date.
