Join TJ at Reese Park !!! We will be doing a light weight work out!! Each participant will need to bring dumb bells, 5 lbs for women and 10 lbs for men, a mat, towel and plenty of water. 40 seconds work 20 seconds rest-8 sets for 3 circuits. Believe me by the time the workout ends those dumb bells will feel like 50 lbs!! We encourage everyone to come out no matter your skill level.
