Complete house repipe & gas addition, job includes: Outside (pre-existing): Front hose bib Back hose bib Kitchen (pre-existing): Sink rough-in hot/cold  Sink rough-in drain Dishwasher water/drain tied into sink Icebox/water for refrigerator Gas range rough-in Bathroom 1 (pre-existing): Sink rough-in hot/cold  Sink rough-in drain Shower pan drain Toilet water rough in Toilet waste drain Tie in/Use old pre-existing vent Bathroom 2 (New addition): Sink rough-in hot/cold  Sink rough-in drain Shower/tub combo water & drain rough-in Toilet water rough-in Toilet waste drain Add proper venting Laundry (New addition): Washer outlet hookup Drain/Vent Gas hookup for dryer New plumbing will begin from the front of the home. I believe the 3/4" main was upgraded from the meter and Is believed to be good.  Crawl Space access is available from 4 corners of the house plus one additional larger access from within the home.
