Laminate floor and tile install - 2 jobs

I am looking for a professional tile installer to do a master bath, walk in shower (drain is already there) and tub surround. I also have a tile floor to be installed in the guest bath. Removal of existing tile is required. If tile removal is done in next 2 weeks, I have a dumpster. I need 575 SF of laminate floor installed. A small area is wood and most is carpet. There is tile in the laundry room. Removal/ installation is required. Please be sure to include a phone number with your response. You do not have to state your rates but PLEASE state whether you charge by the square foot or want to bid the job. It does not matter to me which way, but a lot of people who want to bid, never show up. I will need to know your schedule to determine if this is a good fit for us. Home is occupied.
