Learn how to design a lush hand-tied bouquet with flowers gathered from the garden.
For the June Farmstand workshop, we will be designing a sophisticated hand-tied bouquet. Zinnias, marigolds, cosmos, and sunflowers from the garden will be paired with American-grown roses to create a colorful selection of blooms for attendees to choose from.
The class will begin with a quick stroll through the flower field with snips in hand. Then we’ll head to the Farmstand where Meagan will give a simple demonstration of the technique used to design lush, deminsional bouquets. Once you get to work, one-on-one assistance will be given as needed. You’ll finish off your bouquet with some pretty ribbons just in time to light up the Farmstand and snap a few pictures.
Water, sodas, and light snack provided.
*If rain is forecasted, workshop will be postponed until Saturday, June 26th 6:00-7:30 p.m. Attendees will be notified by email at least 24 hours in advance.
