The HFS Custodian for night team serves as a team member, performing custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and care of facilities. In our residential communities, our custodians are an essential provider of customer service for residential students and conferees. Tasks include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms/shower rooms, public areas, apartments and bedrooms. Custodians need to follow written and/or verbal instructions regarding the use of chemicals, supplies and equipment and comply with safety policies and procedures. What You'll Need to Succeed: Please make sure you have the following: Ability and willingness to work nights. Ability to understand and produce written and verbal instructions in English. Ability to effectively interact and communicate in a variety of situations. Work independently with minimal supervision. Successful as a Custodian or housekeeper. An eye for detail. Conditions of Employment: Possession of a valid State of Washington Driver's License. Minimum Qualifications Physical ability to perform work and one year of experience as a custodian, or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position will work full-time, on a shift that may include weekend nights, from 9:30pm-6:00am. The salary range is $2,956 - $3,480 per month + benefits.
