Press release from City of Round Rock: June 1, 2021 bulletin prior to Salazar's arrest Raymond Salazar Jr., 19, was apprehended Tuesday morning, June 1, 2021, in Southeast Houston by the U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offender and Fugitive Task Force. He is being booked into Fort Bend County Jail on a charge of Capital Murder, stemming from a September 2020 incident in Round Rock. Thank you to the USMS Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, FBI Violent Crimes Task Force, Texas Department of Public Safety, Houston Gang Task Force, and other agencies for assisting with this case. At approximately 3:40pm Sept. 25, 2020, RRPD received a report of a male with a stab wound on Rawhide Loop in Round Rock.
