JUST ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL The title says it all. We are looking for another brick in the wall. We aren’t sure which ones Pink, but we are sure we need players. This trio, singer, lead guitar, bass, backup vocals are looking for other key element players to round out our production of Pink Floyd’s The Wall, along with other assorted Floyd songs. Are you a dedicated guitar player, preferably acoustic and electric, as well as any other string instruments? Looking for a rhythm guitar. Are you a well-rounded drummer that can bring down the hammers? A keyboard player with a wide range and broad imagination? Let’s talk. My lead guitar player, J Harsh, is f#@%&* amazing! I was immediately blown away at his dedication to the music and to Floyd. My range is perfect for what is vocally needed. We have a bad ass practice space with a drum kit, stage, PA, guitar amp, stands etc. Thus far we practice every Wednesday 3:30-7:00 In Georgetown. At present we are using Guitar Pro for backing tracks and slowly bringing in well-rehearsed musicians. You don’t have to be a Pink Floyd fan. But you do have to love the music and take our time together seriously, but in a funny, laughing lunatics in the hall kinda way. Thoughts?
