We are a growing company specializing in selling earplugs to prevent ear damage from loud noise. Most of our customers are concert attendees and music festival ravers. We are looking to build a sales team who will be selling earplugs where people need them the most. Requirements -Performance-driven, entrepreneurial attitude, and self starter -Personable and trustworthy vibe -Music enthusiast, loves partying and being friendly with festival attendees -Plans on attending a few festivals this summer or has time to sell around stadium events We are also looking for part time sales managers who will continue to build a sales team and will be earning an override on sales of their team. Responsibilities -Finding people to join the sales team -Managing and scheduling sales agents to go to festivals, or stadium events -Researching events (concerts, large production events, raves, and music festivals, monster truck rallies) in your region -Conducting product transfers between team members if applicable We provide training and documentation to assist in these roles.
