HVAC Service Technician OPEN TO ALL SKILL LEVELS Dycus Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for professional HVAC technicians. The candidate shall have good working knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC equipment and electrical circuits. This position requires good customer communication skills, and presentation of the benefits of repairs or replacement solutions. Our service technicians have digital repair, and sales presentation options right on the tablets. Our real time options offer efficiency for our team as well as our clients. Benefits include: Company vehicle Permanent year round employment Growing company and room for advancement Competitive Salary $18-$32 hourly(PAY IS NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE) Commissions Medical benefits Paid holidays Paid Time Off/Vacation Job Responsibilities Include: Providing knowledgeable presentation of repairs Ordering accurate parts and maintaining inventory on vehicle Maintaining high-quality customer service Providing knowledgeable sales presentations Communicating benefits of the Maintenance Agreements to the customer Following the truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized truck Good communication with office team and installation team Overtime/after hours on call time Requirements of the Service Technician Role Include: Must have your own tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills required. EPA Certification Physical capability to navigate rooftops, attics, and underneath homes as necessary Physical capability to lift 50 lbs. On call rotation/ overtime New hires will be subject to a drug test and DMV driving record check.
