MISSING DOG- REWARD

My dog got out my gate on Monday 5/31/21 Memorial Day at 2:30pm. A women was seen picking him up on the intersection of Roth and Sumner Avenue, but has not turned him into any shelters yet. Please help! He is old and needs his medicine. My son is also a special needs child who is very attached to the dog. Although we are grateful to the person who found him, we want our dog back home. We love and miss him dearly! He is a shih tzu, blonde, male, spayed, old with long hair. Please reply to this post with any information that can lead to finding him. A $1,000 reward to have him returned home.
