We are hiring folks to properly process various species of seafood, ensuring maximum use and yield of product. Consistently maintain a high production pace in all areas of production. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is exposed to wet, cold, and loud conditions. Follow this link to apply directly for this job: Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times • Inspect and grade product • Sort and separate product by species, size, quality, or color • Place product in containers or on conveyors • Sanitize work area and equipment • Pack product to specific pack size as instructed • Handle excess product as instructed • Adhere to all sanitation and product quality policies • Communicate quality issues to supervisors and leads • Maintain plant safety at all times • Perform other duties, as assigned Total Compensation At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
