REDONDO BEACH, CA — A registered nurse who was blamed in a 73-year-old Redondo Beach man's death could lose his license, according to The Daily Breeze.
John Vincent Flynn was found liable for botching a procedure of patient Mansoor Lahiji's lungs at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance. On May 11, California Attorney General Rob Bonta and the state Board of Registered Nursing accused Flynn accused him of gross negligence or incompetence, and unprofessional conduct, for twice inserting a feeding tube into Lahiji's lungs in 2014.
The allegations against John Vincent Flynn could result in his loss of license, The Breeze reports.
Flynn is listed as a part-time adjunct professor at El Camino College but remains on leave.
