Night Shift (Summertime) duties to include:
• Street Sweeping.
• Power Washing.
Summertime duties to include:
• Daily trash pickup/janitorial on commercial properties.
• Landscape maintenance and upkeep.
• Mowing.
• Landscape projects/construction.
• Flower and shrub planting.
• Irrigation repair and maintenance.
• General exterior building maintenance.
Wintertime duties to include:
• Plowing of snow.
• Daily trash pickup/janitorial on commercial properties.
• General exterior building maintenance.
