We are a real estate investment company expanding to Birmingham, AL and we are in search of someone to go on appointments to take pictures and inspect them by filling out a form that we provide. You do not need to have any prior experience with inspecting houses but it will obviously help. We can provide basic training to make sure you are successful. All you need is a smart phone, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule. Appointments can be at any time usually between 9 and 5 pm. We pay $50-100 per inspection depending on the distance.
