LA GRANGE, IL — A La Grange man was arrested last month after he got into a fight and removed his pants, according to a police report. Jacob Hochgraver, 30, who lives in downtown La Grange, was charged with disorderly conduct. The incident happened about 10 p.m. May 17. Hochgraver was arrested near Village Hall. According to a police report, Hochgraver got into an altercation with another person when Hochgraver removed his own pants, exposing his underwear.
