Sanitech Building Maintenance is currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor. We have a full-time evening Project Technician position open in Jackson County. This position requires project experience. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Base wages will start at $15~19.00/hr., depending on experience and proficiency. If candidate knows how to do stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, window washing, and/or other commercial janitorial project work, a higher rate of pay will be offered, within a 90-day probation period. This position is full-time and after one year, would merit paid time off. All employees must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds, plus be able to perform all activities for janitorial work, including bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, using a ladder, and more.
