Description

General Handyman/Maintenance Person with part time hours $12.00 per hour with weekly pay. Valid driver's license and transportation is required. Candidate has to be experienced to perform job duties. Must be in good physical condition and capable of working outdoors in all types of weather. This job is in a publicly-owned property management 55 and older company in the North Fort Myers/Punta Gorda area. Hours are Mon- Fri. 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. Candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to: minor experience in electrical work plumbing experience such as replacing a toilet painting and power washing of exterior surfaces minor repairs around the community ability to lift up to 50lbs ability to work independently ++Call us at
