Compensation $13 to $14 Hourly Employment Type Full-Time We are currently hiring maintenance personnel, with 5 positions available for power washing maintenance department personnel to join our team. Location in beautiful Fort Myers area. Full-time position at $13.00-14.00 per hour Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm with weekly pay. This position requires a valid driver's license. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks in a timely manner. Responsibilities: • power washing • Light painting, and repairs Qualifications: • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Detail-oriented • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Must have a valid driver's license to apply Do you have a valid drivers' license and do you have your own transportation?
