ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — Residents will need to find other ways to pay their electric and water bills for now. Due to software upgrades, credit card and echeck payments are temporarily suspended on the village's website and by phone.
However, payments can still be made using check or money order, the village wrote on its website.
They didn't offer a specific timetable for when customers will have full options for the billing system, other than to say they hope it gets completed "soon."
The village added that they "apologize for any inconvenience," and ask residents with questions to call 516 678-9323.
