Mason Home Co is looking for a Job Supervisor to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of carpentry experience, an understanding of home construction, the process and timelines that go along with it, as well as possessing a hard work ethic with attention to quality and detail and the ability to lead. We work hard and we play hard! Immediate opening! Starting pay ranges from: $25.00-$35.00/hour DOQ After 6mo Probationary period: • Paid Time off • Medical Benefits Requirements: • Valid driver’s license (Company vehicle available) • Your own basic hand and power tools • Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks lifting up to 80lbs regularly • Safety awareness and being aware of your surroundings • Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow • Effective communication and people skills • Experience working with all aspects of construction • Time management skills • Ability to lead a team • Comply with all company policies and regulations • Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
