Looking for a plumber who can do the following. Will need a quote or rate of pay. Project dates will be Friday, 6/4 through Friday 6/11. Water pressure is 110 PSI (s/b 40-80) Clear drain lines in house (I know that the upstairs bath sink is clogged and the downstairs toilet flushes slowly; haven't inspected other house drains but want them to make sure everything drains properly/quickly) Replace all angle stops and water supply lines to toilets/fixtures, including clothes washer valves & hoses Water heater: (1) Gas line – needs sediment trap?, (2) water heater is gas & 40 gallons & 21 years old - replace?, (3) TPRV discharge pipe issues Garbage disposal – strain relief clamp missing from disposal – replace disposal or add clamp Dishwasher drain line needs to be tied up high to make a “high loop” clean out dryer ducts
