Powerwash and re-paint metallic gazebo

I've got a metallic gazebo that's begining to show signs of paint wear. Need it power washed, treated for rust and repainted to original black gloss paint. The gazebo sits on a deck which is raised off the ground about 10ft. You must have your own material to protect the deck and house prior to painting.
