As a Maintenance Division Production Manager, you’ll get to lead and develop your crew, create your division’s structure, manage client accounts, upsell and earn commission. You are passionate and knowledgeable about horticulture with an interest in sustainability. You are a skilled communicator, focused on teamwork, and an effective trainer with a keen eye for quality control.   How you’ll spend your days: Leading maintenance crews and ensuring that they are equipped and informed in order to provide the safest, highest quality work in an efficient manner Providing hour and material budgets for crews as a guide for production Monitoring the integrity of information provided to billing such as timesheets and work orders Conducting equipment inventory and insuring equipment is properly serviced Scheduling and tracking jobs in our LMN system Staying informed of new practices in the green industry Working year around - we clear snow in the winter!   Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 depending on experience. Our team members are eligible to participate in a Simple IRA with a 3% match, earn 2 weeks of paid time off, provided with company cell phone and a company vehicle for use at work.
