Please apply via the link below: POSITION SUMMARY USA Insulation, a thriving and growing insulation company that serves over 50 territories and plans to expand more in 2021, is seeking a full-time technical position at our franchise Support Center in Downtown Cleveland where we build insulation trucks for our locations throughout the country. This person would aid in truck builds, prepare various equipment as well as maintain the shop and inventory. The preferred candidate would be hardworking, detail oriented, supportive team approach and have a strong mechanical aptitude. General knowledge of electrical, use of various shop related equipment and a basic knowledge of welding. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Status & Scope: - In both capacities as part of a team and individually collect and manage inventory and assemble various components and equipment to outfit our insulation trucks. - Accurately record production and repair times per job order. - Use various tools and machinery to complete a number of projects. - With precision and focus ensure quality and consistency is achieved with every project and task. - Various inventory management, control and organization will be critical. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Qualifications: - No “outfitting” or truck building experience required. - Commitment to quality workmanship with a high level of integrity. - Working knowledge of electrical, welding, shop equipment and hand tools. - Ability to follow processes, detailed instructions and be able to problem solve. - Experience in assembly and handling equipment. Pre-employment Requirements: - Vocational training in body work/vehicle repair or equivalent experience - Basic math skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division - Ability to read and understand truck specifications documents. - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Must have a dependable mode of transportation. - Non-negligent driving record - Must be able to read and write. - Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. - Must possess good organization and verbal communication skills. - Efficient quality installations of truck equipment ABOUT USA INSULATION Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work at a company that values and respects you and provides the training and tools you need to deliver excellent service to your customers?
