I have a male potbelly pig we are rehoming. He’s a sweet boy when he wants to be but is still scared of people. You have to move slow with him and he will start to trust you. We prefer he goes to a home with someone who has experience with pigs. He is not fixed as our exotic vet won’t fix pigs until they are 6 months old. He loves our dogs and warmed up to me by sitting near him with my dog and waiting for him to come close to me. He absolutely LOVES belly rubs and will eat his pellets out of your hands once he’s more comfortable with you. We are rehoming him due to the fact that we have a lot of kids that come to our house who want to pet him but it’s too stressful on him and he dosent do well.
