Electrician to add outlet to 3-way light switch

Offering $40 for probably a 5 minute hookup. Already have everything wired and attached to the wall. I just don’t know what wires to attach to my string of outlets. Here’s the scoop. There is a ceiling light controlled by two switches. I added some outlets to one of the switches. Now when the light is off, the outlets are live. When the light is on, the outlets are dead. Already had someone come out and fail so $40 to come hook it up, $0 to come tinker. Can’t pay anymore dudes to attempt and not know what they’re doing.
