Paint and Design Contractor. My company does a few things. And we do them well, so I need professional, mature people for this position. If you have issues with ; Drugs, alcohol, toxic relationships, or anything else that would keep you from showing up, please look elsewhere. Minimum years of experience (5) In Painting, all phases In Drywall, all phases What would make you more valuable; Knowing the above mentioned plus some other skills. I also do door installs, cabinet installs, backsplash. Starting pay is 17.00an hour paid every 2 weeks on Friday. After 3 months of solid work, the pay bumps up to 21.00, sometimes we get night work, that pay will be 2 Dollars more an hour. It’s rare, but it happens and you need to be onboard with it. You need your tools, a smart phone, transportation, and the ability to work the pay period without asking for an advance, or daily pay. Ideally what I am looking for is a guy/guys that work for different contractors when there’s work, I don’t mind, it’s the nature of the trade, it makes more sense while I am in between projects I understand you need to keep getting hours.
