Description
Home Remodeling Company looking for a Customer Service Representative/Crew Supervisor combined for both office and job site who has prior work experience working at a company that deals with home construction, remodeling, tile, stone, granite, flooring, home design. Must have previous Home Remodeling Experience.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office and job site support/management tasks and work diligently under pressure
Must be willing to drive, jobs will be throughout all of San Diego County
Assist customers with product questions, selections and help keep their job on schedule
Work directly with customers throughout their whole remodel job
Work directly with crews and subs on job site
Ability to arrive in office early and drive to check on jobs, manage customers in person as well as from office
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with respect
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Act and work in a manner that is consistent with company’s core values
Treat every customer in a helpful and courteous manner and with the utmost level of professionalism
Ability to follow directions and use sound judgement in performing job related functions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills
Self starter who proactively finds solutions to customers needs and who can effectively communicate and keep crews on schedule and update management daily on job progress
Clean record, professional manner a must
