Found this at our doorstep. However it does not belong to our family. Seems like it was lost at the street area as it has some wear. However, it is made from rather sturdy plastic and still very legible / good. This was found by Sallisaw Court and Margerum Ave., San Diego, CA 92120. Seeking the owner and I will rightfully return it to them. Please be able to provide DMV numerical information on paperwork which is also displayed on the placard. Or if anyone knows whom may have lost it. Look forward to finding the rightful owner of this lost handicapped placard.
