PUPPIES NEED HELP

These puppies are very skinny, bones showing and are in a crate most of the time. They are at a house on my block. I'm trying to help out the person who has them. They are part boxer. Can anyone foster a pup for 3-4 weeks, then they'll go on transport for new homes. It's a sad, poor situation for them. Please consider opening your home for 3-4 weeks. Thank you.
