Copper States Premier Landscapes and Design as a rapidly growing established landscape company in the north Phoenix area. We have been in business almost 10 years, and work primarily in the carefree north Scottsdale area. We are looking for employees that want to be noticed for the hard work they do, be recognized for the abilities that they have, and nurture a relationship that we hope will be long lasting with our staff. We believe in respecting our employees and trying to find employees that work well together. We don’t believe in gossip or drama, and just try to maintain a healthy work environment for all employees. We offer bonuses every six months based on performance. We do take two weeks off per year for vacation which are and pre-determined several months in advance for notice for all staff, and those weeks are split up one week over summer one week over winter. Drivers license is preferred, must be able to get to the office every day for work. Must be able to left 65 pounds or more, must be able to work outside in the heat. We typically work a 40 hour work week. We pay between $16 an hour and up depending on experience.
