Looking to hire 1 reliable honest and qualified Crew leader. Must have a valid and clean drivers license. Experience driving a truck and trailer. Minimum of 4 years of experience that is verifiable. Must have references that are not friends or family members. Need to have experience with with the proper operating of all power equipment and safe operation. Ability to lead a crew and ensure quality is met at each job. Ability to handle crew issues and dictate work accordingly to keep the crew working. Be professional in all interactions with crew and customers. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol at work ever. Be able to E-Verify and have reliable transportation to work. Job duties are trimming, blowing, line trimming, raking granite, weed control, basic equipment maintenance, truck and trailer inspection weekly. Not inclusive to the above mentioned duties. Pay is weekly. Paid vacation after 1 year of full time employment. Paid holidays after 60 days of full time employment. Pay will be determined on your skill level and job performance. Initially it will be 18/hr for a trial period of 3 working weeks. 15 days. Pay may be increased prior to the 15 day(3 week) period. It will depend solely on you and your performance.
