Install belt, lace belts, replace bearings, rollers and O-Rings. Replace rollers, sprockets. Mechanic B $24.50 - $28.50 Repair and adjust conveyor system, using hand tools. Install belt, lace belts, replace bearings, rollers and O-Rings. Replace rollers, sprockets. Troubleshoot and replace motors and gear boxes. Work with Narrow Belt, Line Shaft, MDR’s and flat belt conveyors. Need to know to use a voltmeter. Mechanic A $27.50 - $40.00 Repair and adjust conveyor system, using hand tools. Install belt, lace belts, replace bearings, rollers and O-Rings. Replace rollers, sprockets. Troubleshoot and replace motors and gear boxes. Work with Narrow Belt, Line Shaft, MDR’s and flat belt conveyors. Need to know to use a voltmeter. Must have experience with VFD’s, some control panel experience. Experience with Wave, Narrow Belt and Natrix Sorters. Experience with troubleshooting and adjusting scanners. Experience and troubleshooting and repairing contacts, breakers and fuses inside control panels. Troubleshoot, repair and replace air regulators and solenoids.
