4 years old male cat needs a new home

I have 4 years old male cat, and I am looking for new home because my son is leaving home for college and he won’t be able to take care of him anymore. I adobted him when he was 7 weeks old and completed all his shots and nutured him. I have the record of the shots and sergery. He doesn’t need vaccination for another 2 years. After that he only need one rebies shot which is required by state. I want the person adopt him buy his tree, litterbox and food cups. That way he will not have hard time to adjust himself to new home. I also don’t need his tree, which he loves so much, after he left. He is very playful and social, but he never been outside except balcony and he never saw a dog. He may not be ok with a dog which I don’t know. However, he is ok with others cats. Sometimes he scratch while he is playing, so you will need to cut the nails regularly. I used to give him dry food only (I purchased it from costco, he loves it). I will give you all the supplies you need to care of him. You only need to purchase cat carrier to carry him in your car. No adobtion fee, but I will charge $125 for the following items: Big cat tree which has scratches and bed. 2 cups for food and water. Cat litter box with some brand new litter. Cat food which will be enough for him for a month. Some cat toys.
